"We arrived and my partner was injured outside so hotel so had to leave earlyTried to contact hotel about injury no reply had issues with parking from staff and overall no reply"

"Very spacious clean rooms. Only issue was that it was warm on the 5th floor, air con only goes down to 17 degrees and it could do with being cooler. Otherwise all great."

"The mattress was dreadful. Every spring could be felt and creaked and groaned. I asked to be moved and was put into a room with a better mattress. With a spare duvet on top the mattress in 2nd room was comfortable. There was a huge radiator in bathroom which couldn't be turned off. Bathroom was like a sauna. Well kept foyer which smelt fresh until staff came in smelling of stale cigarette smoke. Room was clean and freshly painted. Carpets in rooms and hallway looked new . As long as you have a decent mattress this hotel is good value , clean and quiet ."
