"We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason. "

"Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. "We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV connection. The fittings were very poor and a very dirty place. On the whole it was not...
