"Clean room, friendly and efficient staff. Dining room has been refurbished. Breakfast was mundane, nothing interesting and only sliced bread. I preferred when your breakfast was brought to your table, rather than self service. A good nights sleep in a comfort bed in a quiet room. The canal side view side is the best for peace!"

"THE PROPRTY LOOKS IMPRESSIVE ALL ART DECO FEEL. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, CLEAN LINEN AND TOWELS. ON FIRST GLANCE THE PROPRTY LOOKS LOVELY, EVEN HAVE A AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT ON SITE. HOWEVER, UPION LOOKING FOR THE HAIRDRYER IN MY ROOM, FOUND LARGE AMOUNT OF COBWEBS MAINLY UNDER THE DESK COMPLETE WITH SPIDER AND QUITE A FEW DOWN THE SIDE, I DID REMOVE THEM. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PLENTIFUL. SO WASN'T UNIMPRESSED."

"Compact double room with adequate space and facilities for me during this 2 night stay. Great bed and super pillows. Very nice shower. Iron and board provided and FREE WiFi! Reasonable breakfast for £6. No evening meal but very good delivery from local eateries. Vending machine onsite for snacks and emergencies if you've forgotten something like toothbrush/paste etc.... Onsite secure parking, lift to 2nd floor. Very polite and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when next on business in Bradford."

"The room was lovely on first impressions, not dingy or dusty just a few minor things - the shower was broken so you had to hold the shower head yourself, and there were black marks & what looked like chewing gum? stuck to the bedsheet under the pillow."
