"Room was decently clean with ample supplies like toiletries. Staff was nice.
Parking was very tight as there are so many rooms so I felt like the other cars were right on top of me banging their doors into my vehicle. Door to room didn’t seal well as light and hot air was coming in. I found a vape pen near my bed that wasn’t mine so I don’t feel the room was cleaned too well but at least the bathroom and sheets appeared to be clean.
All in all it was fine, it was a cheap room, staff were friendly. Would I stay here again, no."
"Overall this property was perfect for our 5 day stay. It’s well located and close to all things in Portsmouth. It’s operated quite efficiently with front desk staff and valet staff all being very kind and professional. It’s our 3rd stay at this property and we’ll be here again. Parking was a snap and the breakfast was all that a person could ask for."
"Checkin was simple, frontdesk attendent was nice and helpful. Ample parking. Hotel lobby had ATM, local brochures,soda/water/light snacks for sale, restrooms.
(Complimentary coffee/tea or water wouldve been a helpful touch there)
Our room was a double bedroom with kitchenette. It was clean, however the floor throughout was wet from cleaning so our socks got wet quickly. We took our shoes off immediately so we wouldnt track sand in. The kitchenette had basics like silverware,pots/pans,dishes,bowls,coffee mugs, glasses, dish detergent, sponge, handtowel, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, stovetop, fridge, table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom had toiletpaper, shower gel and shampoo, towels.
Bedrooms had comfy beds and pillows, plenty of outlets, box of tissues, iron and ironing boards, plenty of drawers and an open closet with shelves and hangers.
The livingroom had an air-conditioner,large screen tv with remote, desk with chair,a couch and 2 chairs.
Next time we will ask for upper floor, due to heavy walkers above us,somewhat inhibiting naps and early bedtime 11pm.
Inside pool/outside pool were clean/refreshing,plenty of pool loungers/chairs.
There were bikes/kayaks to rent, but we didnt utilize them, nor did we use the tennis court.
Daily complimentary breakfast was sufficient(coffee,milk,orange/apple juice,bread,croissants,bagels,p.butter,jam,muffins,apples,yogurt,oatmeal/cereal) $5 trolley in front of hotel.
Short walk behind to channel of water, then dunes then beach♡see pics of all.easy checkout"
"The place is very clean and very pleasant. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Staff is helpful and nice.
My only complain is that the walls are paper thon and you can hear everything. We were unlike to be next to a room were the guest were drunk and loud and we could hear the whole conversation until 3am."
