"We were very disappointed and not happy with this vacation rental. The property looks nothing like the pictures online and has obviously been neglected. The backyard hasn’t been taken care of and there is a visible shed with a toilet and other junk. Lawn chairs are broken and there is a grill that was filthy. Inside window blinds are broken and towels and rugs need to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need work. We had to kill a cockroach in the TV room. We called the property manager about our complaints and she did not offer us any other options and said she didn’t care. We rented this place for two weeks and left after six days. Would not recommend this property"

"Nice motel located close to PNAS and Corey Field. Great people and close to food establishments. Very good beds. Clean rooms AC units work great but can be noisy. Halls can be noisy due to no carpets. Always check bathrooms for proper drainage and clean vents. Breakfast amenities very basic."

"Excellent in every aspect. Very clean, excellent staff. Great value! We have stayed here for two years while visiting Pensacola and both times were a very positive experience. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in the area. The kitchen area is nice to have for an extended stay. Thank you for keeping your property so clean!"

"I will never stay here again. It was raining and water was coming in under the door. They had no ice, but the purse behind the desk said that he would go get ice. When I got back from dinner, I asked for the ice and he said he can’t leave to go get ice. There was a coffee machine in the room with cups only. No coffee, no tea no sugar or creamer. And be honest with you I felt that the floors were dirty and dusty. I hate to be this kind of review, but this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at."

"perfect location for our plans to attend the commemoration of the battle of Pensacola. The house was very clean, Naomi was a gracious host. Although we really did not need all that was available for our short stay, there is a full kitchen and laundry available. Great to have a full bath for each bedroom and a half bath as well."

"Good place to stay at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the maintenance team were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The floors were dirty and sticky. The shower didn't look clean. My TV had issues, and they sent a maintenance person on the second day to fix it. I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... she never knocked. The staff overall were friendly enough, but I needed quarters to use the washing machine and couldn't get them. There was nowhere close by that was open to get them either. There should be another way."
