Breakfast was nice and easy we had to sit in the bar area as we had our dog with us and was all so good we loved Lincoln as it was our first time there. We liked it so much we booked for another night. Ideal venue right near shops and the cathedral."

"Check-in was friendly and helpful and accommodating, the lobby area was spacious and open, my bedroom was large/spacious/clean. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and facilities. (NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!) There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room. The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work and tidying up. HOWEVER, work is visibly in progress and the staff that are on site excel in customer service. The hotel is definitely on the way up! I would recommend it unreservedly👍👍👍👍 "
