"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. "Was a little apprehensive when reading reviews but it was ok for an old building needs some TLC a Little out dated staff friendly. Room was ok booked an executive family room but not that executive would have been nice if breakfast was included with the price.The building is lovely inside good views over Scarborough. Beds were clean, only thing missing in room was a phone to contact reception it will keep you fit walking up and down the stairs if you don’t like lifts ."
