The living room includes a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for young couples and being able to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic point. Or families with a child who wants a quiet stay in a completely renovated building. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully open to the dining room, allowing you to enjoy a large space. The double room has a great calm when opening onto an interior patio. It is a great option. Located in a very quiet area, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the view of Gaudí's fabulous work: La Sagrada Familia. IMPORTANT INFORMATION \- Check-in from 15 p.m. \- Check-out before 11 a.m. \- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. \- Parties in the apartment are not allowed. \- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. \- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out \- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
