Staff was amazing and so helpful! When our washing machine wasn’t working properly, they took care of our laundry without hesitation. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful from the door man to the front desk. My only complaint would be our mattress was very hard. Great stay overall!

Staff were very helpful for check in and check out. They even helped us navigate from the hotel to the airport with the most direct route ensuring the transit they recommended was included in the Hola 24H pass we got the day before. Room was cleaned each day and overall felt safe. Location was pretty convenient for walking or taking the bus around to see the sites. Our room had a beautiful view of the church. Free Wifi was strong and stable.

The staff, thus property, and our experience was a 10/10!! The staff was sooo helpful and nice, the accommodations were beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We did not want to leave! In fact we are planning to return to stay there. The fact that the apartment was part of this beautiful hotel made the check in easy and swift. The apartment was beautiful with a view of the Sagrada Familia. The location could not have been better. Definitely our favorite stay of our trip. The washer and dryer was much, the apartment was big and beautiful. Highly highly recommend this property when visiting Barcelona.

The hotel has a very convenient location for exploring Barcelona’s main attractions. The 24-hour lobby service was very helpful, and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the room service was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here after our cruise. We had a lot of luggage with us and the suite gave us the space we needed with the baby. The staff were amazing and helpful. Location was great too! AC was a saving grace from the heatwave while we were there. We chose to siesta during the hottest times of the day. Access to pool, restaurant and other facilities at Casa Fuster was very convenient. Will stay again!

The staff was incredible. Some of the best from our entire European adventure. The room was clean and worked great for our family. The amenities from the hotel were great. Only item I'd note...the washer dryer situation was important to us and though it was amazing having it in suite, it is a small, all-in-one unit that takes a long time to dry.

Location is walkable to most tourist spots, with options of using public transportation. Check-in is with the hotel reception which provides great service. The 2 bedroom was well equipped and the staff will provide instructions on where everything is. Highly recommended and will definitely book this when travelling to Barcelona
