The location of this property was perfect for walking around the city, 5 minute walk to the Basilica. Apartment was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Communication with the property was good, check in/out was easy

Great location, spacious place (we had the 4 bedroom). Photos are a bit nicer than the real place. Nice place but dated. Elevator super slow. Check in was not smooth. I had to call to get the access link after trying WhatsApp and email. They were helpful when I reached them but you’d get your access link automatically at check in time. Overall nice - not more not less.

My family and I had a great time (we did not sleep). The apartment does not have air conditioning and to top it all, they have small fans that do not work with the magnitude of the heat this season. The host and Expidea respond to you with automatic messages, they don't solve anything, it was a failure with them. I sent them evidence of their false announcement that the apartment has air conditioning and I am still waiting for a response.

Apartment is ok, view of the Sagrada familia is fantastic, the problem is it was very hot when we checked in, the airconditioner was off, we turned it on but it kept turning off on its own every 1-2 hours so you had to turn on again, it never got comfortable inside, we didn't sleep well, I dont recommend you book this in the summer. I messaged the property about the air-conditioner but never heard from them

El check in es un proceso muy difícil, deben hacerlo más fácil, ya que el código de confirmación que te da la página no es el que se utiliza para realizar el check in. No le indican bien el proceso. Yo tuve la mala experiencia de no hacerlo días antes porque no imaginaba que era un proceso tan tedioso, hasta los pasaportes de los niños tuvimos que mandar, Son muy exigentes a las 10:58 te están tocando la puerta por suerte que ya estaba de salida. Después de esos punto es cómodo porque tiene 4 habitaciones y está muy cerca de las estaciones de tren.

Un lugar que me quedaría nuevamente seguro, baño pequeño pero equipado con todo para limpiar, lavar. La verdad vista hermosa y muy céntrico. El aire central excelente y mucho que hacer en el área.
