7人グループ（３部屋）で２泊しました。 サンツ駅からもエスパーニャ広場からも近く、地下鉄駅はすぐそばという好立地。市場やバル、中華料理店も多くて、短期間ながら快適にバルセロナ暮らしを満喫できました。 １部屋をもう一日延泊する交渉もスムーズにでき、対応が親切でした。また訪れることがあれば、ぜひここにしたいと思います。

Ao chegar constatei o banheiro entupido, solicitei o devido conserto. A recepção só se conscientizou do drama quando ocorreu alagamento fo banheiro, indo água para dentro do apartamento. Após efetuado o desentupimento, NÃO FOI FEITO LIMPEZA NO BOX. O BANHEIRO FOI ENTREGUE IMUNDO, AS PAREDES DO BOX CHEIAS DE LODO, solicitei a limpeza do banheiro, a SUJEIRA do box continuou a mesma, por incrivel que pareca até a vassoura que foi usada na " limpeza" foi deixada dentro do banheiro. Durante a minha estadia NÃO foi feita nenhuma limpeza no apartamento. A cama do sofá-cama muito desconfortável.

Sehr schöne Lage im Zentrum. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Placa de Espanya mit dem großen Einkaufszentrum in nur wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Metrostation Hostafranca ist auch nur 100 m vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Damen in der Rezeption. Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, schöner Balkon. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Direkt vor dem Gebäude kann man sich Fährräder mieten wenn man will. Check in und out erfolgte ohne Probleme. Taxi wurde auf Wunsch auch bestellt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Mir hat es sehr gefallen.

"Feelathome" really ?? - think twice

Although the name states "Feel at home", unfortunately I didn’t feel like staying at home during my stay. Dirty walls, dirt on curtains and bed covers, dirty kitchen equipments (forks, oven, spoons) The bed sheets, pillow and blanket covers had sticky (dark) hair, and I mention dark cause it easily could be seen by the person who clean the room and claims that it’s ready to next guest. The carpet in the leaving room was dirty (again, hairs), seems that before our check in, no one really vacuumed it. Reception’s operation hours and it’s totally un-functionally in between. The operation hours are from 10:30 AM-7 PM but during this period many times you'll meet "on a break" sign. While most of the tourists are usually out for traveling during the day, it means that if you need anything, there is none to communicate with. The only way for communication is phone call, I would expect from the owners to understand that in the end of 2019 many people use messaging way of communication or email, and not phone call (lucky they didn’t ask for fax). In general the staff doesn't seems like very welcome one, they tend to be very cynical in their answers and tried to show me that I was wrong: "but as you can see online, but we are proud to say our customer service general mark is 9,2 out of 10, which means the rest our guests don't agree with you","Of course not everyone is happy, there is always in every part of the world someone that is not happy"

Comfort & Convenient

From the welcoming reception to the convenient location, we found this apartment a great choice for those who want space, quiet and ability to hop a train or subway to surrounding areas:) And as an added bonus, a grocery store was a 5 minute walk away. Only negative...and it is minor..is the beds in both bedrooms are hard. Not as comfortable as we would like.

Great place to stay, an apartment that was cheaper than my hotel room with kitchen facilities, lounge and bedroom. Maria was friendly and helpful. Great location. Spacious, Way better than a hotel, really impressed

Place was not the best .. lighting very poor in some rooms ... bulbs did not work in some places ... must climb stairs from the time you open the door (4 floors total) ... no overhead outside lighting when returning at night .... buildings nearby in process of being torn down ...

Great place to stay. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Near there were grocers, shops and restaurants. The only thing that i didn't like was the parking but i think it's a problem in all Barcelona that parking space is limited and you have to pay for it.
