Room was spotless, clean bathroom. Nice comfy beds. Staff was very courteous and let us check in early without any issues. Location was superb, close to amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, major city center area. Overall a great experience, worth the money spent.

Really great place to stay in a central location. Walkable to major sites and transportation. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of local advice. The room is well laid out and worked for a family of 4. The location is in a busy area. If you live in a city/urban areas, the noise won’t bother you. If you are from a rural area you might find it a bit loud. Would definitely return.

Property was close to all attractions which we could walk to or take metro. Very convenient and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Staff were amazing and it was a nice surprise to have daily housekeeping (we rarely get this anymore). The room could use a good dusting on the not so common areas, but otherwise very clean. Someone commented that you could hear the subway but it is very minimal and did not disturb us at all. I would recommend.

This hotel was so pretty. It is a smaller hotel so you aren't in a hotel with hundreds of other loud and disrespectful people. It is on a street with lots of shopping and tapas places which is super fun. The workers here are very nice, speak English, and very reachable. We were on our spring break trip and they were so helpful with telling us where to go, how to be safe, and understanding with our travel situations as younger adults. I would absolutely book with them again. Thank you!

Don’t stay here if it costs you more than $100

This hotel is old, there are no amenities, no one there to help you after 8pm, you can hear EVERY sound in the hallway at all hours. One of the worst and weakest showers I’ve ever taken. Expensive. The only positives are that the room is large with a full couch and one door down from a great bakery. Central location.

First time in Barcelona. For checkin, you have to call the number as noone is by the front door to let you in. The check in staff- the two ladies were very nice and helpful. They give you some tips on dining which we did every one of them. Tapas at La Flauta and Cuitat comtal. 4 Cats restaurant were amongst the better ones. Location has restaurants and shopping all around . Las Ramblas was a 10-15 min walk. We were a family of 4, and booked the bed with sofa bed for 3 nights. We had a room on the highest floor. The Room looks bigger in pictures, it was very tight for the 4 of us but that was ok as we came back to the room at night to sleep. The sofa bed creeked non stop. They have tea and coffee in the rooms. Bathroom is a good size. The biggest issue was the air conditioning and the main reason I’ll not come back here. The room was like a furnace. Only one area of the room had some breeze. I went to bed sweating every night. I told the staff everyday and was told they’ll reset it, or have maintenance look at it. The staff even came to check it out the first day and he said it’s very hot here. On the last day he even said he’ll try and provide a fan but there was never any follow up from their side on any of the days. If you need a cooler room this place isn’t for you. It got unbearable and we couldn’t wait to leave. I waited to give this review till after i stayed at our next location which was also a two star hotel. Air con was amazing, bigger rooms, better facilities.

I choose the Suite based on phots. But what I got is very different and realized it is not suite. Photo shows windows and balcony. But my room does not have those. My wife says the room was like the jail. I paid more than $1300 for 3 night. It doesn't make sense room for those price doesn't have windows to see outside... This property needs to put the right images for customer to select properly.

We had a little bit of confusion when we first arrived because we went to the apartment building, not the hotel. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very kind and helped us find our way (if you find the cafe El Fornet, look a few doors to the left!) Check in was quick and efficient, our room was great with a lovely little terrace overlooking the city. The location is excellent, everything is walkable, so close to Las Ramblas and surrounded by many great restaurants.
