In the first level, the rest areas with three comfortable double rooms, one of which is a suite with private bath, dressing room and terrace. The other two rooms have 2 beds in each room and bathroom with a bath. The second level is intended for common areas such as the spacious living room with a balcony and kitchen. The third level houses a large terrace, ideal place to relax during the evenings with your family and friends. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge / freezer and glass-ceramic hob. For your convenience, the apartment has iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing/ fryer machine and Wi-Fi. This triplex apartment, is about 85 m² and 40 m² of terrace, is located in a building that has elevator (floor: attic). It has private parking (30 € / day). ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
