A charming designer villa in the Maresme area, where rustic and modern styles blend to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. With room for up to 7 guests, air conditioning, 2 barbecues, a swimming pool, and a hot tub, it is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort in a peaceful setting very close to Barcelona.

The house is laid out over 2 floors, a barbecue area, and a pool area:

LOWER FLOOR:
On the main floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 2 m x 2 m (two mattresses, each 2 m long), a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, a fireplace, and a hot tub. The jacuzzi is available during the winter months for an additional fee of €50 per day. There is also a guest bathroom in the hallway, a living room with a TV, a fireplace, and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with access to the outdoor area.

FIRST FLOOR:
On the ground floor is the second bedroom with two double beds (1.40 m x 2 m), one single bed (80 cm), air conditioning, and a bright and cosy study area.

TERRACE:
From the dining room, you step out onto a covered outdoor kitchen area equipped with a barbecue, sink, washing machine, and dining table. Beyond the covered area, there is a large terrace with additional gathering spaces, such as a fire pit, several tables, and sofas.

BARBECUE AREA:
In the rear garden, surrounded by greenery, the first level features the second barbecue, which is outdoors and includes a large dining table.

POOL AREA:
On the upper level, you’ll find the pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs, a bathroom, and a semi-open shower with hot water.

The house has Wi-Fi, and the community offers free access to paddle tennis and football courts.

Its location is ideal for those looking to get away from the city. Just 6 km from the beach and 27 km from Barcelona, Argentona is a charming town known for its ceramic tradition, Can Doro Park, and its local farmers’ markets—an ideal setting to immerse yourself in Catalan culture. And if you’re a nature lover, a 10-minute walk from the property takes you to a mountain trail that leads to an animal farm where you can enjoy outdoor activities. For mountain bike enthusiasts, Argentona offers many trails with varying levels of technical difficulty.

The rate includes the cost of utilities; however, we reserve the right to charge additional fees in the event of excessive consumption, so we kindly ask that you use electricity and water reasonably.

This house is suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you wish to add more people, please contact us—we have options available to accommodate additional guests.
Smoking inside the house and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. The tranquility of the surroundings must be respected, especially the neighbors’ designated quiet hours. Parties, as well as listening to music or making disruptive noises, are strictly prohibited from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Fires are only permitted in the designated barbecue areas.
Keep doors and windows closed when you are not on the property.
Save energy: turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use—the house is small and cools quickly.
Pets are not allowed.

🏊 Pool Rules
Jumping into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any structures not designed for that purpose is strictly prohibited, as is any behaviour that may endanger people or damage the facilities.
Children must always be supervised by adults. The property is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of sports or recreational facilities.

⏰ Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out: before 10:00 AM.
Before checking out, please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins and load the dishes into the dishwasher.

💳 Payments and Deposit
Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and older) per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. It is currently €1.93 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).
Lost keys: €200 fee.
Damaged or stained bed linens or towels (due to sun cream, makeup, shoe soles, dyes, etc.): €15 each.
The jacuzzi service must be paid for upon arrival and must be booked for the entire duration of the stay; it is not possible to pay for individual days.

To comply with current public safety regulations, this property requires online check-in through its own channel, which may request a photo of your ID and/or a selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. All necessary measures will be taken to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorised access.
