Quiet and familiar area ideal very good communications. Easy and free parking in the whole area with resident ticket

The apparemment is surprisingly good located, many facilities around, beach , supermarket,mall, and aquapark , the neighbourhood is outstanding, the apartment has a lovely terrase with outstanding views, highly recommend..

My family enjoyed this property a lot. We loved how close it was to the beach (1-2 blocks). The beach is beautiful and peaceful, very community based. Not a lot of tourism. There are numerous restaurants along the beach that we enjoyed. We loved that the train was also a block and a half from the apartment. It made getting to the heart of Barcelona a breeze (25-35 min). The people here are friendly. Maku was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us.
Hôte en retard (50 minutes) et peu accueillant car aucune explication donnée ni présentation du logement avec état des lieux fait.Draps très usagés et tachés dans la chambre parentale (dessus de lit, drap housse bouloché et taché ainsi que les taies d’oreillers, housse de couette trouée).Digicode de l’ouverture de la porte d’appartement fonctionnant très mal donc assez stressant durant tout le séjour.
L’appartement est très bien situé. A proximité de l’arrêt du train comme de la mer ou des commerces de proximité.Le logement est très agréable. Il est lumineux et nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour y passer d’agréables vacances (cuisine fonctionnelle et fort bien équipée, séjour lumineux et confortable, tout comme les 2 chambres).Nous avons réalisé l’ensemble de déplacements en transport en commun et cela se fait avec aisance.Ce que je soulignerai surtout pour cet appartement c’est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos interlocuteurs. Des solutions ont toujours pu être trouvées pour toutes nos requêtes (arrivée tardive, départ tôt le matin,…). Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis avec une équipe très disponible et à notre écoute. Un grand remerciement pour leur contribution à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos échanges et de nos vacances à Barcelone.

Gare à 400 metres ,pour ce rendre au centre de Barcelone,train toutes les 10 minutes.

Good location, near the beach, train and supermarket Lidl. There are many untrained dogs or their owners in the streets and beach - they shit and sneeze everywhere, and the owners do not clean it.
The apartment is still in good condition but begins to crumble, needs repairs (floor, windows, wiring, sewerage).
Appartamento luminoso e ben disposto. Vista mare, paesino tranquillo, comodo al treno. Tutto ok!!
Consiglio a tutti. Noi ci torneremo!!

superbe séjour
appartement très agréable pour une famille avec 3 ados. très bien situé, à coté de Lidl et à 100m de la gare, 35 minutes de train pour aller à centre de barcelone, train tous les 8 minutes. vue sur la mer au réveil, très sympathique. Très bien équipé. Pas eu la chance de faire la connaissance de Belinda qui était en vacances mais connaissance de Eva qui est très sympathique. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour
