My friends and I loved this house. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the beach was a short walk away. The house was very clean and it was a pleasant stay. The pool was refreshing too!If you’re traveling to visit Barcelona, it’s a 20min drive or a longer train ride (train station is about a 20min walk). I highly recommend looking for taxis or rides well ahead of time as it can be hard to find one or they might cancel repeatedly as they did to my friends and I. You’re better off calling a city taxi or start looking for a Bolt or Freenow (Uber was way too expensive) at least 30min in advance of the time you’re supposed to leave. The house has two mini split AC units, one in the double room upstairs and one in the living room downstairs. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house and the nights were cool so opening windows helped keep the house cool at night even in late May.The kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking, but no spices, so plan to buy them if you’re cooking at home. All we had to buy was some sugar and pepper as we were only cooking breakfast and salt was provided. Plan to hang dry your clothes outside since there’s only a washer, but this is common in Europe in my experience. Some things my friends and I noticed - no extra bath toiletries were provided other than hand soap and there were no trashcans in some rooms or the restrooms so we hung used plastic bags.
