This is a lovely hotel . Breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed dinner at Planta Baja restaurant. It’s a good walk from the city center but worth the stay. All the staff were helpful and welcoming

Awe inspiring by the expanse of the room and terrace as well as exceptional, accommodating staff! 5 stars is not enough…with the electric black out shades and double doors to the terrace, the night was pitch dark and blissfully quiet. The amenities far surpass anything I’ve been offered in American 5 star hotels. With the rich history and phenomenal staff, you will only be wowed.

A fantastic gem of a hotel, very serene and relaxing atmosphere. Boutique feeling, but service can be slow at times and a shame that one of the lifts was not working when I arrived

Excellent breakfast and dinner at on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a lovely, primarily residential neighborhood. Property includes a private garden with pool. The room was generously sized, with a comfortable king bed and amenities such as coffee machines, complimentary bottled water and soft drinks, and a package of locally baked cookies.

Just got home from a wonderful stay at the Primera. As others have said the staff really can’t do enough for you and are so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, completely blacked out the morning sun and was lovely and quiet with a multitude of pillows to choose from - I slept better here than at home! The outside terrace is a little oasis of calm in the neighbourhood - lots of restaurants have their outside area next to a road, but bushes and fairy lights and a plant canopy make you feel you’re in the country. Lastly their garden and pool are wonderful - seriously under used when I was there, tip to have your morning coffee in the garden you’ll likely be the only one there and it’s so peaceful! Highly recommend.
