We have had a beautiful city break, 4 full days away from home, everything was perfect, the position close to the beach, quiet area, easy access to public transport . We love to come back soon

Location is great and easily accesible to BCN Airport, but also close to the Beach Área in Castefells, where there are many Restaurants and Bars. There is a lot of activista on the Weekends.

The property is actually located in Castelldefels area. About 30 miles from Barcelona. The area is residential. It is quiet and clean. The commute to Barcelona was a major turn down for me. Either by bus or metro it takes a good hour. I would not recommended if you don’t know your way around.

Hello, the hotel is located less than 20 km from Barcelona.Fastes way to get to Bacelona is TAXI service, could be 20 - 30 mnts depends on traffic.Also bus and train.Thank you for yout opinion

Location isn’t terrible the beach is a 10 min walk and the train station is 20 min walk and 40 min train ride to Barcelona. Hotel room didn’t look too great but it wasn’t terrible. Wifi honestly was pretty bad didn’t work half the time. A/C didn’t work half the time had to talk to the front desk and it never seemed to be fixed. Staff was always friendly thought so that was great. I’d give it 2 stars out of 5.

Called and cancelled my reservation with Travelocity with plenty of time. The hotel refuse to work with Travelocity and refund the money or even some of the money. Even though there is a refund for cancellation.

Very terribe hotel, it's in a residential area with neighbors making lots noise during the night. The guests too were very noisy and we hardly slept through the night. The air condition also didn't work and we were forced to open the windows which made the noise worse. The breakfast on the other end was terrible with little options to choose from, the omelette was stone cold, sausages very salty and no hot drink in sight. There was no staff to ask questions from. Worst hotel ever!

Hotel was very noisy from neighbours and staff spoke little to no English . The buffet breakfast was minimal and all freezing cold when we complained nothing was done about it and I can understand why a lot of the guests were unhappy No Duvets on the beds just a single sheet all in all the worst nights sleep and facilities of my time in Spain

Solid value for money, fine hotel
Stayed for one short night. Check-in after midnight was possible, staff was very friendly! At first it seemed like the room had a double bed, but those were actually two single beds (which was better for us when we moved them apart). The mattresses were extremely soft and wobbled a lot with every movement. Bathroom smelled a bit musty and there was no toilet brush, but overall it was clean. Didn't see much of the hotel, but it looked nice. We arrived by night bus from the airport, which took around 20 min. + a 10 min. walk. That was ok. In the morning the connection back to the airport was worse, as you have to change and we missed our connection bus due to a delay. At least for a night the hotel was a good choice!

Was going very well until I wanted to sleep. The walls are very thin and could not sleep until they stopped moving furniture or whatever they were doing upstairs. This was at 11pm. I think I went to bed around 12.30 and was awoken again at 3am. Don’t expect a good nights sleep here. I heard drilling the following morning so think they were getting work done or the noise was from guests. The staff however are nice but I’m sorry, would never go back there

Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were excellent. The only negative was that the hot food at breakfast was cold. It would be an easy fix to keep the bacon, sausages and Spanish eggs hot.

The hotel was near the airport which I was looking for. When I went to the restaurant at 8.20pm there was not a soul to be seen. I had a bikini sandwich in the cafeteria which was not very nice at all. I could not get internet in my room, it would not connect at all. I mentioned this to the receptionist and, her reply was "I have internet and it works fine". Not the response I wanted. My room was supposed to be a room with a double bed only and I had what looked like 2 singles pushed together and another single bed in the room. It could have done with a mirror in the room by the table and a full length mirror would have been nice too.

Not the best
Not the best place we've stayed. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but the room smelled really terrible. I'm not sure that it was the room specifially or someone smoking something near our room. It didnt get unbearable until after 1am, so i didnt report it or ask to move. The staff may have helped had i asked. We only stayed the one night, so it wasnt worth the hassle. Clearly the staff had attempted to clean the room, but it still felt dirty. The double bed was actually two single beds next to each other. Not a huge deal except they moved and my husband and i usually sleep in the middle together. Hilarity did insue. The water was hot, and the AC worked well. There was a TV, but no cable, and only a couple of the radio stations came in.

While this hotel is in a very good location (only 10 mins from the beach) in the gorgeous spanish town of castadelfels it really was a serious let down. At checkin we were subjected to a 1 and a half hour wait as the previous guest in our reserved room had decided to take late checkout. Rather than explain this to us when we arrived, we were continually told that it would be another ten minutes. After several complaints and demands to speak to managment we were offered compensation and moved to a different room which was not the room we booked as we requested a double and then places in a twin. The hotel wifi is a joke, our devices could barely stayed connected and when they did the internet was often not available. This was as true in the lobby as it was in the room. The rooms doors are also badly designed and require a lot of force to open, even with a key card therefore you hear every other guest trying to get in their room as they try and bang their way in. The room itself was also poor. Only one chair on the balcony for a two bed room, no fridge and the bed was uncomfortable. The cleaning service was also lacking for a three star hotel. This hotel had the potential to be a great place to stay however due to poor service and thoughtless room setup we were thoroughly dissatisfied with our stay and do not recommend it.

The hotel was close to the airport and to the beach, wich was convenient for our needs. We stayed only one night. The triple room we had has nothing to do with the picture. It was very old and extremly humid. The hotel was beautiful but the room needs some renovation. We found a parking on the street.

The hotel was really nice with a beautiful view of the pool. The indoors decoration was excellent and the service was great. Everyone was really nice. It is 20 min by taxi from the airport. It is very far by bus (45 min) plus 20 min walk to the bus station. I came to the hotel at 10:30 and the restaurant was closed and I didn't feel like ordering pizza. I highly recommend this hotel but if you are coming from the airport come by taxi and have food first, the restaurant closes at 10 pm.

Good deal, good location, good service.
Good deal for the money. It was across the street from the Tennis club we were playing at which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful at all times, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
