I don't know where to start. I booked a mini vacation for my family and I and I accidentally picked this hotel. We had been saving money for a long time, it was our first time in Europe. I realized that the hotel was very far from city center and I didn't want to put my daughter through all this, plus we knew it was going to be expensive to keep taking a taxi. As soon as I realized that I had made this mistake I contacted Expedia, and they got in contact with the Hotel several times, even I called the hotel. I fought for 2 consecutive weeks to get my refund back or at least half ($306.00 dollars). They said it wasn't possible. This is really upsetting because I contacted them 3 weeks before our trip. We had to book another hotel, which means we had to spend more money. I will never ever book a Holiday Inn hotel specially this location, and will NOT recommend it to anyone. This is really upsetting.
