Located in a residential area in Barcelona, just 1 minute away from Diagonal Avenue, one of the main business areas in the city, and just 5 minutes from Passeig de Gracia, an avenue where national and international designer Boutiques, 5-star hotels a wide array of restaurants and two of the most visited Gaudi buildings are located.

This fantastic penthouse apartment has a surface of 300 sqm + 60 sqm of terraces laid out on two floors. The lower floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The upper floor has the 5th double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with solarium, a sitting area, and a table and chairs.

4 of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and 1 has twin beds, all bedrooms have windows facing the outside.

2 of the bathrooms have big custom shower and 1 of them have both custom shower and bathtub with a view on the terrace

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 5.50 € per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
- The Security System includes cameras in the living room and apartment entrance. The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. There is a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect high levels of noise.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
