CanRamon is a house for 11 people located in the Barcelona town of Sant Boi, ideal for families looking for accommodation with all kinds of amenities very close to tourism in Barcelona.
Due to its proximity to Barcelona airport (10 minutes away) and the Barcelona Trade Fair (15 minutes away), it is the ideal accommodation for businesses. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for maintaining privacy.
The property has a privileged location as it is 10 km from Prat-Barcelona airport, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Castelldefels and 30 km from the picturesque town of Sitges. Furthermore, for all nature lovers, the house is at the foot of Sant Ramón mountain, an ideal place to walk its trails and climb to the Sant Ramón Hermitage, where you can enjoy beautiful views.
Around Can Ramón, you have a variety of shops and supermarkets to do all kinds of shopping.
The house has the following composition:
At street level there is a private, uncovered space for parking two cars with access to the property.
Ground floor comprises a lounge-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, hob, coffee maker… and all types of kitchenware. A complete bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a laundry area, with washing machine and tumble dryer.
1st Floor: It has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a full bathroom and a spacious terrace.
2nd floor: It is an attic with a work area, two single beds, a full bathroom and a terrace.
All the house has air conditioning and heating.
The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.
The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine.
Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.
Anything you need prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.
Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.
I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you need.

Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For stays of 28 days or more, supplies of electricity, water and gas are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
Before their arrival, the details of all guests must have been registered and the tourist tax paid. This is a completely MANDATORY requirement by the Spanish authorities, so the keys will not be handed over if this point is not complied with.
The loss of keys will have a supplement of €50 for each set and €75 for the parking remote control.
