Spread over three floors and 280 m², the villa features a 45 m² living room with double-height ceilings, glass walls, and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, creating open spaces and high ceilings. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
