All foreign vehicles must be registered to circulate in Barcelona. Interested parties must apply for registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles. Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the vehicle's registration and authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
