### Belvilla by OYO Catalunya Palace Apartment

Exclusive apartment in one of the most emblematic and trendy Barcelona boulevards and close to the Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. It has been recently renovated and furnished. The modernist building has been completely renovated, has a fashionable hall and has a concierge from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator. The living room and one of the bedrooms are quite large and both facing Rambla de Catalunya. CATALUNYA PALACE is an apartment unique, luxurious, chic and with many French details. Apartment located in the heart of Barcelona, in Catalonia Ramblas, next to Passeig de Gracia, very close to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. For people who want to stroll in the center of Barcelona with an extensive tour of the city of Barcelona and the surrounding area. Parking just a few meters away The train station is 800m away and El Prat airport is 20 km from here.  
Beds made on arrival Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
