LOVED our stay here. The hotel was gorgeous, and the staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Louís)! My friend and I enjoyed grabbing sunset drinks on the rooftop. The location was also great, and easily walkable to great cafes and shops. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

This was such a beautiful hotel and in such a perfect location. It is a close walking distance to amazing bars, restaurants, clubs, and super close to the metro stations, which made it super easy/accessible to enter the old town area. Our room was perfect, the staff were super helpful and gave us recommendations, and the hotel itself was so beautiful. We highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Barcelona!

Incredibly kind and hard working staff. Beautifully designed hotel and has a great breakfast service in the morning. It was my mom and I for this trip and we were always taken care of very well by staff. Lots of restaurants and cafes at walking distance and perfect location in Barcelona. Highly recommended.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service
The property has an old charm feel with marble staircase. The location is ideal to get around using transit and lots of great eating places close by. However, the staff were not helpful nor made you feel welcoming when we were there. We were never greeted nor ask about our stay at checkout. When we ask for directions, we were given short, ambiguous and not helpful answer. Would I recommend this? Yes for the location only however there are many other hotels close by.
