There are works in the building that may be annoying due to noise There is a lift in the building, before reaching the lift there are 9 steps. Please take note of the following important information before booking: \- Towel, sheet, and toilet paper replacement is not included. \- Baby cot: Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. \-Additional guest: Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night. \-Late arrival: \- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 am 100 euros \- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros \- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. \- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
