The apartment features a spacious and bright living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a heat pump, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. From the balcony and terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors and the vibrant urban atmosphere of Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, and a lift in the building. ⚠️ Important information: There are currently construction works in another apartment in the building, which may cause construction noise at certain times. The apartment is recommended for families and not suitable for groups of young people. An ideal accommodation to discover Barcelona from one of its most vibrant and best-connected areas. Please note the following important information before booking: \- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. \- Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. \- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR \- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros \- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). \- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat. \- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). Guest access You have acces to all the apartment.
