One of the most traditional districts of the city. It consists of 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It has two spacious balconies through which natural light enters for most of the day. The apartment has a lift, wifi, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, TV. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker and kettle. additional information \- To take the lift, you first have to climb 12 steps Please take into account the following important information before booking: \-Construction work is being carried out on the building next door. The work may cause noise or occasional disturbances during the day. We appreciate your understanding. \- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. \- Baby cot: Price: 30.00EUR per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it \-Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night. \- Late arrival: \- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony. \- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
