Het appartement zelf ligt fantastisch met de metro, een leuk bakkertje en een supermarkt om de hoek. In de advertentie staat op de 2e verdieping met lift maar houdt er rekening mee dat er meerdere verdiepingen zijn met heel veel trappen en dat het smal is met begage. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Maar het onderhoud is ronduit slecht. Koelkastdeur kapot, klinken die eraf vallen, te weinig handdoeken, geen waterkoker en geen pannen aanwezig. Er is wel airconditioning
