"A beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. The food and service though fail to meet expectations . Service was inconsistent. Too many times feeling processed as opposed to cared for and looked after at the Four Seasons was a let down. The food also was better at the pool than at the branded restaurants. The brunch buffet was outstanding but other meals were mediocre at best."

"Love this property very much. The restaurants and pools are great. Beach is beautiful.Our only issue is that they do not have a shuttle that goes down to the other hotels and restaurants.So you have to either walk over a mile each way, rent a car or try to get a ride share which is tough. After a few days of walking back and forth - it can get to you. However it’s a great place!!!"

"We love Marriotts Ko Olina property and everything it has to offer. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is very spacious & clean. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer was very convenient.The only thing that was frustrating was the ramps we needed to use for the stroller felt like we were zig zagging across the property and it was probably due to the construction of the Nai’a pool. But it’s ok! We got in our extra steps for the day! We would definitely visit again. The whole family enjoyed the stay"
