"A beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. The food and service though fail to meet expectations . Service was inconsistent. Too many times feeling processed as opposed to cared for and looked after at the Four Seasons was a let down. The food also was better at the pool than at the branded restaurants. The brunch buffet was outstanding but other meals were mediocre at best."

"First off, the ladies at front desk were amazing at answering all of my questions with clear and concise answers. The room was exactly what my family required with bed space, Bath/shower size and a well stocked kitchenette. The pool was beautiful. "As a beach girl, loved, loved, loved all the beach towels. And plenty of linens, utensils, and supplies to keep the place tidy. This well-appointed unit provided the amenities required for a month-long stay. If you’re not renting a car, it’s an easy 10-minute walk to The Bus stop atop Farrington Hwy to get to Kapolei, a pleasant 20-minute jaunt to Lagoon 4 and resort hotels, and a brisk 25-minute trek to the shoppette at the marketplace at the entrance of the resort."
