We are in middle of old town area & easy to find a local & tropical foods and drinks. Our homey space with 2-15 mins walking distance to \- 2 mins walk to MRT Subway Station (Sam Yot Station- BL-30 MRT Blue line) \- 2 mins walk to Bus Stop \- 2 mins walk to a Park (Rommaninat Park) \- 5 mins walk to Giant Swing \- 5 mins walk to Flower Market \- 10 mins walk to Khao-san Rd. \- 10 mins walk to Grand Palace \- 10 mins walk to Temples (Wat Pho, WatSaket, Wat Pho, etc.) \- 15 mins walk to China town. You will enjoy while you are staying. Our lovely house is good for who loves to experiences our Thai culture, architecture, arts, foods, drinks and people. The Old Siam Plaza is a large shopping center built in the architectural style . Within the plaza, the atmosphere of the Ming Muang Market of the past has been replicated with its myriad of stalls and shops. In Fueng Nakhon Court on the ground floor, visitors will be spoiled for choice in the traditional Thai sweets and dessert zone. In Bumrung Muang Zone, delicious delicacies from the four regions of Thailand can be found in abundance. In Ming Muang Court, visitors can shop for fashion items or visit the silk zone on the second floor where they can find one of Thailand’s largest collections of silk cloth and ready-made clothing from all over the country. This is also where visitors can find shops selling quality silk that carries the Royal Peacock seal of quality for Thai silk from the Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture. There are also a number of jewelers season ng precious gem stones, intricately crafted gold ornaments and other jewelry items. Among the other shops in the Old Siam Plaza are those selling firearms, amulets, and electrical appliances. Very close to all the temples. The place was even nicer than the photos. The only thing that was not great was traffic noise from the street. Rawiwan was awesome with communication and check in was very efficient. The food market on the 1st floor was very nice. I recommend this place for the value but bring ear plugs if noise is a bother for you. Rawiwan is a wonderful host and very accommodating for special requests and provided plenty of bottled water for us which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much just wish the traffic was not so loud. ##### Karen H. The apartment sits atop the Old Siam Plaza. It is secure with 24 hr guard at entry to complex, very nicely furnished and decorated, spacious and located on a flower lined walkway. It is located a 5 minute walk from the Sam Yot subway station and 10 min walk to the Chinatown and Little India neighborhoods. In addition to the food court and fruit market on the lower level, there are unlimited food options within easy walking distance. Staying here is like staying in someone's home in a very diverse and fascinating neighborhood away from most western tourists. Rawiwan is the ultimate host, always responsive and helpful. We most definitely look forward to staying here again. ##### Eric N.
