I wrote to the hotel about my late check-in, and they responded to my email very promptly. The check-in was very smooth, and the front desk staff helped me take my luggage to my room at Building 2\. I read reviews before I decided to stay here. The location is very convenient to walk to Onnut BTS Station and Tesco Lotus. Seven-Eleven is around the corner.
