Regretful.
Aircon was bad not even cold, more like fan! Hotel changes WiFi password everyday and worst still, my mobile can't even connect even with the help of the hotel staffs. So to say I have no WiFi during my 6 night's stay there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience
1. Very bad hotel. Feels more like a brotel than a hotel. 2. There are no windows, service are bad and sheets are very dirty. Bed and pillow are very hard as well. Also there are no heater or toiletries at all. 3. Walls are thin so we could here every slightest sound from next door. 4. Check in person was very rude. Even mention to us beforehand that there will be no refund if we want to check out early. 5. Floor was full of hair and dust when we first walk into the room. 6. There’s even a notice on the lift that the building cannot hold heavy item or not it will not be able to withstand the weight. Therefore, whoever booked this hotel, book another. There are much better and cleaner hotel nearby with the same price. Just look at the photos

For a short Trip it is OK. Bed and Bathroom are clean, but the Wall and other items old. We stay 2 Nights and we call after 1 night that they can clean room, but they need more than 3 hour, that they start.

The hotel was so good, clean, and i like the location coz it's really easy to find food. But the street it's so small for taxi, so you need to take a walk from the crossroad.

Ok for very short stay
location is ideal for travellers who wants to shop around platinum mall, central world. easily located. lots of food stalls outside the hotel. However, shower heater not functioning, no hairdryer. spilled coffee and used the towel to clean and was asked to pay 100 baht as they cant remove the stain. male staffs face were stern throughout.

Le Touche hotel, Bangkok.
Le Touche Hotel location: Very convenient and walking distance to food stalls and street hawkers, Pratunam Wholesale Market and shopping malls. Easy assess to taxi and tuk-tuk. Hotel staffs are very helpful and kind. Daily room services are clean. Recommended for those non-picky or non-fussy travellers who preferred the so called 3-stars budget hotel for a short stay. Grand Omari, Citin Pratunam and Pra boutique hotels are also on the same alley. Overall descriptiions for Le Touche hotel- a thumps up. Unfortunately I was unable to provide the hotel photos.

Good Breakfast
One of the best things about this place is the breakfast.It comes with great variety of both western/Thai breakfast ingredients.The swimming and gym pool are pretty small, but clean.

Well,it just gives me the feeling that it is just a normal Budget hotel feel....Different from what we see in the pictures. As for the Wifi,once you connect to the wrong device / mobile,than you have used up your chance. But if you are just looking for a roof to rest for the night, than this hotel can just be the place.

Misleading in every way.
First, it was hard to find. All the phone number listed on Expedia did not work. Once located the staff already knew the phone numbers didn't work but didn't care to listen to what they should do to fix it. The room was very small, but it was clean. I paid for a room with breakfast/no breakfast was available. The second day, they offered me a egg and 2 slices of spam. I asked for my money back for breakfast and they told me to contact Expedia. If you are going to Bangkok for the purpose of buying goods/shopping only, it was a GREAT location. The room is only for sleeping though.There are much better options for the price.

nice and friendly staff, great location!
the bed was very comfortable and huge. everything you need in a room is there and great cleaning service. i see people complained about the size, but it was just right for me, since i don't have a lot of luggage. great location -- it is near by the ratchaprarop bts station and pratunam shopping market. very friendly and nice staff, everyone can communicate in english and very helpful. i became friends with a few of them haha. i would most definitely stay there again.

Small hotel but clean and nice atmosphere
I and my family of 6 like to stay in this hotel because of the location, it's close to shopping and food. The rooms are clean and all in order but very small although we stayed in deluxe rooms. The superior rooms are even smaller. The staff are friendly and very helpful and we got free internet. The road is narrow and taxi cannot wait but easy to find. I can recommend people who travel with budget funds to stay in this hotel, it's worth for the price.

Convenience location but room facility is not good
Overall is good. The hotel is located in the small road, and lack of signboard to lead us to the hotel. There are a lot of food stall with reasonable price, massage and 7-eleven just few steps from the hotel. But the hotel manager is not helpful, we asked the hotel manager to book us a meter-taxi, but she just ask us to book from a counter in front of the hotel, and the price is very expensive. There is a big pillar in the bathroom and make shower very difficult.

wanted to book budacco but its full and i google that le touché has 3.5 star out of 5 so i thought of giving it a try. - breakfast ; they have the same america menu daily - one serving of sausage and ham, with unlimited bread. that's all. - room ~ toilet is very small, the cleaner didn't "refill" the toilet roll (even when we tips them daily), bed is hard (if you like those super hard type), room has mosquitoes and we end up need to buy a burner to repel the mosquitoes.. :( bedsheet is lightly stained and i noticed that they didn't really change it throughout our stay (so i just flip it over) - security ~ you need to "tap" your room card to access to your floor in the lift. It looks "secure" but anyone else can just simply use the stair to access your floor without room card. and this feature seems to be more hassle as we need to tap our card every time we use the lift. Sad to say the only good thing about this hotel is its location. personally, i won't be going back to this hotel again.

Hotel location was good, near BTS station.
First day of arrival, it gave me a very bad impression to the hotel. As the staff, opened the room door and there is cockroach flying inside and he just step on it and kick it out of the room. Didn't even clean up the room or assist to change room for us. Quite disappointed... Throughout the stay, I noticed that, the housekeeping, they didn't change the bedsheet and floor towel and doesn't really cleaned the room properly. Lobby service was good and the staff were friendly... Wifi was also good, toilet was clean but quite small. Overall, I shall rate 2/5。location wise very good, near station and there is morning and night market around the vicinity.

great hotel!!
Service was awesome and the room was really really clean!! Towels were replaced and water in the fridge was topped up everyday. Hotel located really near Platinum so it's really convenient! Aside from the room being a little small, everything else was great! Will definitely return back there again :)

Simple and is beside the wholesale market
Everyone of us enjoyed our stay. The staffs are nice and service is good. They reserved the room for us and clean our room everyday. There are a lot of 7-11 around, massage shop, night market, fruit stall, local restaurant and best money changer so far. Platinum mall is just 10min walk. Siam mall is 10min taxi ride (if not jam)

It is pretty hard to have a rented cab to wait for us inside that narrow alley. Else, everything wère all good. Lots of street foods and cheap clothes in pratuNam market. Platinum fashion mall is not far away too. We bought our happy tourist Sim pack from a nearby old store too. For the hotel, their breakfast is good. It is being served daily from 7 to 10 at 2nd floor. Nice interior decorations. Although tips are quite a welcoming addition to the services provided by the hotel staff.

Signboard spoilt. Hotel/Staff not willing to lend a universal plug for just 1 night before we purchase it tomorrow morning. Very small room. Toilet smelly at the first moment we step into the room. no dressing table/chair.

we are Stayed there from 2nd October - 4th October 2014. The room was very clean. Staff is friendly. 2 Mins waling fron Indra Square. 5 mins walking to Platinum Fashion Mall and 10 mins walking to nearest IT City. 7 eleven is just down stair.

Was nice for the price!
Hotel was small. No windows but with Bangkoks air quailty who needs them. I'm not sure how clean the room was. There was used soap in the shower and when my black pant laid on the floor they was covered in dust. The lobby is open 24 hrs so thats nice. The shower water was barely warm at any part if the day and the drain did not work well. For the price and short notice is was fine.

Hôtel bien placé, dans le quartier du marché et des vêtements. Standing très moyen, chambres vieillottes (photos très arrangées), mais plutôt propre et ça fait le job. Le personnel est sympathique.

c'etait notre dernière nuit à Bangkok et j'ai voulu un hôtel proche de la ligne de métro pour l'aéroport. Très très dur à trouver : un petite rue derrière une impasse de petites rues, on a trainé nos valises un bon moment. La petite rue esy dans un coin animé et sympa sauf quand les cars déversent les touristes de l'hôtel d'a cote : la c'est un capharnaüm de Cars et de voitures bloquées au milieu des piétons, c'est bruyant pollue insupportable. Ils avaient perdu la réservation et ne voulaient pas se contenter du mail de confirmation sur mon telephone. une heure a la réception. On pose les valises dans la chambre et on va se promener en laissant la clé à la personne du comptoir. Au retour nouvelle personne n'a pas trouvé la clé et nous a accusé de l'avoir perdue. Elle ne voulait pas nous en donner une autre. Re-discussion. Le potier nous ouvre et repart avec sa clé magnétique nous laissant donc dans le noir. Il a fallu se fâcher pour en obtenir une nouvelle. Et la notre a été retrouvée le lendemain dans leur tiroir. Très déplaisant Cerise sur le gâteau : 2 chambres sans fenetre. Au petit déjeuner Tang au lieu de jus de fruit et lait en poudre. A part la douche a l'italienne je n'ai rien trouvé de positif dans cet hôtel.

Ce n'est pas un havre de paix, ça grouille!!!
Hôtel design, c'est propre. Airport link à moins de dix minutes à pied. La Baiyoke Tower II à trois minutes avec sa passerelle tournante à 300 mètres de hauteur. Le quartier bouge énormément avec un grand marché les soirs ou les journées du week-end. Micro rue (n'ayez pas peur) pour y accéder pas forcément facile à trouver, avec toutes les saveurs de vendeurs itinérants qui se mélangent ;-s Chambre minuscule avec le lit dans le coin, salle de bain très bien avec douche à l'italienne. Par contre, pas de fenêtre!!! En même temps, il vaut mieux parce qu'avec la boite de nuit pas loin!!!
