I have been to Bangkok now for 4 times and this is the only Hotel I ever stayed in. Great staff and it is beautiful. The Mall is right across the street including the apple store and it is near everything you need to be near in Bangkok :)

Stayed at room 1921. Facing the Main Street with very noisy local traffic. My room was facing the sky train BTS . All day and night , very nosy from motorcycles and train . Got headache the next day . The hotel should warn us about the noise . Poor management..

The Grand Hyatt Erawan, Bangkok is luxurious and comfortable, as one would expect. It is in the heart of shopping mall jungle. It is very near 2 BTS stations. Getting there and away by road will take patience.

It is right next to the Erawan Shrine and has a connecting bridge (aka skywalk) to central world, big C , BTS etc. super convenient. Easy to book grab. Great place to stay for tourists. Included buffet breakfast which was unfortunately the same thoughout my 5 days stay (which I guess is pretty much the same for every hotel I’ll say) Nevertheless, the noodles section is yummy! Overall super convenient and clean place. Hyatt’s hospitality is great. Room service is decent and 24/7. Recommended!

We had recently booked a short getaway to Thailand and decided to make our stay worthwhile by investing in a 5 star retreat that would have elevated the experience a bit more . Having seen some reviews and done some research on the place, we were very expectant of an enriching experience. We thought it would have been a good idea to book a few sessions with a tennis coach to give us some guidance with our amateur game, considering the fact that the hotel has a court . We arranged and coordinated with the coach on our own and even wrote into the hotel to book the court in advance. We felt that it would be best to secure the slots . As this was being communicated with the hotel on line , my coach has warned us that the charge for the court was going to be 500 Bhatt additional for each player after the complimentary hour allocated to guests staying in the hotel. We were rather taken aback with this new found information and wanted to ascertain that after our 1 hour session at the court , and an prolonged sessions then after would have cost us 1500 Bhatt for a total of 3 players being present . I refused to take my coach’s word for it and even clarified with the hotel in my emails . The emails were however incredibly vague and failed to answer my query if it would have cost us additional fees for the use of the court and the calculation was per person present on the court . This was really an unconventional and unnecessary expense that we did not want to incur and had rearranged

I went through a very unfortunate incident second day of my arrival and he was connected with me day and night trying to do his best to provide any possible support he could provide till the day of my departure .
