"Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. The room was very big and spacious and was quiet. The only issue with the room was the pillows were not the best and were quite flat and unsupportive. The onsite pool was very nice too. They had a restaurant onsite which we didn't try but good to know was there. They are also doing renovation work currently (which didn't disturb us) but they are building a new cafe too which will be a nice addition to the site."

"We planned the timing of our month-long driving trip to the Canadian Rockies around our stay in Lisa’s suite because the pictures and description were so appealing. We found everything to be EVEN BETTER in person! The decor, the comfort, the amenities, the location—all are absolutely top notch. Adventuring in gorgeous Banff NP (give yourself at least four days if you can) is such a treat, and returning to Lisa’s place each evening makes each day perfect. If you enjoy fall colors, the aspens put on an amazing show at the beginning of October. We can highly recommend taking the Parks Canada shuttle to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise; visiting Natural Bridge, Takkaka Falls, and Emerald Lake in Yoho NP; and walking up to the Lower Falls in Johnston Canyon. Great restaurants we found in Banff included Melissa’s Missteak for breakfast and Balkan for a Mediterranean dinner. Enjoy!"
