"The house was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Convenient location between Dunotter Castle and Aberdeen. Small shop for essentials just across the street, larger stores 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend."

"Always room to park, clean apartroom, kitchen fully equipped and staff always helpful and friendly."

"The apartment is in a great location across from the river with parking on site. It is luxurious, exceptionally clean, spacious and everything feels high quality and brand new - the decoration and style of the building is first class. It is also packed with a lot of smart home features such as lighting, sound systems, large TV and even a robot vacuum to keep the place tidy. The apartment is also dog friendly and being on ground floor is a perfect spot for dog owners with a lot of nearby places...

"Spacious rooms and clean! The staff were polite and accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good value."

"Family friendly ideal location for what we were doing "

"The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed."

"The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. I have nothing against under-par, or budget accommodation, but it helps forward planning, to get what is expected from a description. In our...

"Great place to stay in the city centre"

"Very comfortable, plenty of parking. Good location "

"It was a very beautiful flat, nicely decorated, well equipped, and felt like home. If I stay in the area again, I definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone. Plus, there's a grocery store, restaurant and park right around the corner."

"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"Clean rooms"

"Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund."

"Lied about location"

"My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. It was really handy to have one bedroom with an ensuite. Thank you to Junaid for leaving complementary cleaning/food products for us to use during our stay. I would recommend Ferryhills Riverside Retreat"
