"The room was lovely and very clean. I had left a concert t-shirt behind and was convinced I had left it in the room we had stayed. Kerry, the receptionist was very helpful, and the staff looked for my t-shirt and found it for me…..left it in the bar!! They rang me to tell me they had found it, but the fact they had searched for it, says a lot about the staff. Thankyou!! "
