Thanks for the feedback Maria. We do not advertise anywhere that our front desk is open 24 hours a day and we doubt that any motels in Ballina offer this service. We do offer 24 hour check in so if guests are arriving late, they can use our key safe and let themselves in.We have looked into your comments and appreciate the comments about our cleanliness, parking and location. The bathroom door works fine, the table certainly isn't broken and the people you are referring to who were hanging around on bikes were not staying at our motel, simply making nuisances of themselves. They knew nobody staying there and were asked to move on and police were called to make sure this happened which was all we were able to do. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations and hope that you can find somewhere more suitable next time.

We apologise for not meeting your standards Les as that is what we aim to do for all of our guests. Ballina is such a great place and the prices reflect that. We are one of the cheapest motels in town and we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and service. Hopefully you will find something more suited to your needs next time.

Thanks for the review and feedback Tina. Unfortunately most of your comments just don't add up. As far as being on your own and not being able to open the windows, well all of our windows have a security screen which makes our rooms as safe as any place to fully keep the windows open at any stage and over night. We empty our water jugs out after every stay and our rooms are very clean. Our tariff is relative and is one of the cheapest rooms available in Ballina. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, however we do feel that your opinion is different to most who stay with us.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us William. You did book our Economy Room which is our cheapest room and close to the main road. We are working to continually update our rooms for our guests to enjoy as this is our aim for all.
