"Location was great. When given a twin room at check in we asked to be changed to one bed and was moved to new room with no quibble. Unfortunately on a cold night there was no heating in the room but given a heater n extra quills which helped. Reception was very helpful"

"Just two suggestions internet in the rooms was a bit poor but no problem as perfect service available downstairs at reception Second point breakfast was full of choice filled me up for the whole day a bit more variety with the hot food would have made it perfect"

"Nice hotel. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Room was mostly clean but we did have a problem with a leak from the shower which judging by the door frame being water damaged and mouldy, had been there some time! Staff were mostly very friendly with the exception of one. A little bit tight with the water (300ml a day is hardly generous, we are humans not a cacti!) Overall a mostly pleasant stay."
