This hotel is excellent quality for the price it is unmatched. We stayed at the apartments which were quite big and had 2 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Breakfast buffet was nice as well

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

Check in was a bit delayed for a late check in. The front desk questioned me several times about the booking and I felt because I was dressed in basketball shorts and muscle shirt I was being judged a bit even after showing the itinerary as if I was lying. But once confirmed her attitude changed. Aside from that the stay was great. Spa and restaurant employees were courteous and helpful. Great buffet options and food was fresh and delicious. The spa amenities were very clean and updated. Outdoor pool areas very clean and well maintained. The curtain in the restroom window was not functioning properly to open.

The hotel location is great, a few minutes away from the beach. The reception staff gave a friendly and helpful welcome. I was there for an overnight stay so can only comment on the room. I was in a triple room with no view. The room was dated with bedding that had seen better days. Noise travelled easily through the walls and overall it was not the best night's sleep.
