Il est traversant (Est côté chambre, Ouest côté séjour). L'orientation de l'immeuble fait que le soleil n'est pas direct toute la journée (très appréciable pendant ces semaines de canicule), par contre la cuisine est un peu sombre. L'appartement est calme (coté chambre, rue secondaire à sens unique, coté séjour petit parc privatif et rue peu empruntée). La décoration de l'appartement serait à rafraîchir (papier peint en particulier). Il est bien équipé. Sa proximité des commerces et du marché, ainsi que des arrêts de transports en commun est très appréciable. Il est également très proche des promenades qui font le tour de l'île. Ce qui m'a le plus manqué est un accès WIFI. Un très bon point pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'agence GESIM. ##### Marie-France P.
