RESIDENCE ARCADIUS.  
  
Located in a 2-star tourist residence, this pleasant two-room duplex apartment with a terrace is situated in a residence with a swimming pool.  
  
This apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room (with a pull-out bed) and kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner ceramic hob, oven) opening onto the private terrace, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and upstairs: a bedroom (with two single beds).  
  
Please note: the bathroom is currently being renovated; in 2026, the bathtub will be replaced with a walk-in shower.  
  
The outdoor swimming pool (12.5m x 8m - 1.20m deep) is heated by solar energy and is open from April 5th to November 1st. It also includes a children's pool (3.6m x 3.6m - 0.40m deep) and a sun deck, as well as two ping-pong tables.  
  
Shared parking is available within the residence.  
  
The price excludes (to be paid on site):

Cleaning deposit: €80  
Tourist tax  
Electricity/Gas: €30 flat rate per stay
