This apartment comprises an entrance hall with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, two induction hobs), a living room with two single beds (90x190 cm) opening onto a private southwest-facing terrace, a bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom (with shower, sink, and washing machine), and a separate toilet.  
  
Outdoor swimming pool (unheated) open from mid-May to the end of September.  
  
Available in the residence: bicycle storage, BBQ area.  
  
Shared parking within the residence.
