Many things were great at the facility. only comment I have bit negative: Air Conditioning was not working. Weather was warm, we were getting only hot air supply, the room inside was too warm to sleep/comfort. We were advised Hotel is still in winter setting, so air cooling was not possible

Large comfortable rooms and very clean. Overall a good hotel. About 15 mins taxi ride from the centre or the city.

Otherwise, friendly and warm staff, clean hotel.
I have had previous Divan experience elsewhere in the world and was expecting more from the room. While overall everything was really good, but small but important things were missing from the room; for instance, there was no slippers although when i booked, it was listed as a standard item in the room. The bathroom amenities also lacked, such as tooth-paste, or body cream. these are basics that needs to be in a decent hotel for the price they charged me.

Well equipped rooms, kind and helpful staff, rich breakfast yet, do not expect any pork (e.g. bacon). You can feel when metro is passing underneath - for someone who is sensitive this might be disturbing.

I have stayed here before. It is good value for money. The gym has the basics. The breakfast buffet could be better. If you are looking for English news you will be out of luck unless you want to watch Russia Today. There is no BBC or CNN in English.

The menager of Baku Divan Express Dear Murat YILDIZSAFER was very kindly men. He was absolutely perfectly hosted us. Worker sand reception also very helpful... I would like to advice whole people to go and stay in Baku.

Good value and comfortable stay
Great room, very clean but a little too stuffy sometimes. Good service overall especially with organising transport but some service was a little slow with one billing error.

this is my fourth stay in this hotel. Good value for money. Excellent Resturant. Nice breakfast. The only issue I have ex premixed is the underground is not far from the hotel. You can feel the train passing by.

Hyvä hotelli vähän kaukana nähtävyyksistä
Hyvå hotelli vähän kaukana rantabulevardista ja vanhasta kaupungista. Taksi ei tosin maltaita maksa ja manattejakin vain muutaman - kävelyetäisyydellä sijaitsevalla metrolla pääsee noin 15 sentillä, paikalliset lataavat avuliaasti matkan omalla kortillaan. Aamiainen ei erityinen ollut, hieronta ja höyrysauna sen sijaan erinomaisia. Jossakin arvostelussa valitettiin englanninkielisten kanavien puutetta, mutta kyllä sieltä sentään BBC World löytyi. Edullinen lentokenttäkuljetus 15 AZN hotellin puolesta.

Otelin hizmet kalitesinde bir sıkıntı yok fakat otelin tam altından metro geçiyor o yüzden 5 dakika da bir otel bildiğiniz titriyor. ses duymam derseniz sıkıntı yok veya 5 katı tercih edin derim.

Hotel ok, but tax bill less than my expense.
My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros. I do not think it is right. Never happened before, but if this is the rule, in my future business travels I will no longer use Hotels.com.

Haydar Aliyev Kültür Merkezi'ne yürüyerek çok yakın. İçeri Sehiri gezmek isteyenlerin taksiye binmesi lazim. Taksi ile sehir merkezine yaklasik 10 dk. Taksiyi otelden cagirtirsaniz daha ucuza gelir. Yoksa turistlerden fazla para isteniyor.

Отель предоставляет удобные,уютные номера, расположен в близи от центра Баку. Описание отеля соответствует действительности.В качестве услуги трансфер транспортом отеля по нормальным ценам. Персонал отеля доброжелателен и вежлив.С удовольствием выбрал бы его еще раз и такова же мнения и мои товарищи,а нас было восемь человек. Спасибо...!

Nice, but METRO underneath
It is a nick and clean hotel, good breakfast, but the rooms have thin walls, so I heard my neighbor with his "private business meeting" or "dinner for two" late in the night and early morning. Also what is disturbing is the METRO whic runs right under the hotel, so a room in the upper floors could be better. But in 2nd floor it's very noisy.
