My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros.
I do not think it is right. Never happened before, but if this is the rule, in my future business travels I will no longer use Hotels.com.
