We chose to stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites City Views in Ballarat, mainly due to it´s convenient location to this beautiful historic town. It had a reasonable price and was was well reviewed. And we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel at first view was very basic. Just your ordinary, run-of-the-mill design. Nothing spectacular or charming as it is a fairly modern establishment. But what it lacked in charm it made up for in several other ways. The most impressive part of our short stay there...

Great room, comfy bed, fast reliable wi-fi. Recommended.

An efficient and comfortable motel, they were very helpful in arranging for a late arrival.

Fantastic well appointed room, Collen was a great host and very helpful in arranging late arrival for us, which relived the stress!!

Our second Wuest hotel of the trip. Excellent modern apart hotel place near the station. Good size room, fab shower and great bed

Wow, what a high spec house. The accommodation was a real surprise, better in every department. As an example, such soft towels, better than i've had in any hotel around the world.

Exceptional room, very helpful reception staff and excellent meals in the Red Lion restaurant

This Best Western sets the bar high for others The housekeeping standards are exceptional with a friendly helpful team Beds very comfy and rooms well equipped Just perfect

A comfortable and clean motel with good location! The staff are nice. A good choice if you need a short stay near Ballarat.

As there was a mix up with our room we were upgraded so I can only review that. The mix up was sorted quickly and upgrade given. The room was a suite which was huge, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we ate at the hotel which was notable.

Great location Room was spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so didn’t make use of the microwave, fridge etc… a great addition for a longer stay
