"Room was great, ability to take an airport trolley with baggage straight to your room, with a super sized lift was a plus. It was convenient and comfortable, with blockout shades that work, and free ear plugs in case the airplane noise wakes you. Negatives - common one with many modern hotels. Not enough proper drainage in the shower, a shower door that doesn't naturally close perfectly, meaning, the water egress made a mess of the bathroom floor, and the floor towel is used more as a dam to stop the water leaking into the room. I don't know why designs don't place a small grated drain just outside theses showers to stop that. Also why skimp on the small silicon flap on a glass door that stops water leaking? Apart from that water was hot, pressure was good, AC was cold. Self checkin was easy."

"It was only a very short stay but after booking, it was nice to be contacted by the staff, asking what bedding configuration was preferred, they advised about parking options, advised of preauthorisation fee etc etc so everything was very well communicated. Was also great that we could check in after hours, no issues, made contact and they presented and checked us in. Very grateful"

"This was for a short stay but would be ideal for longer holidays where you want to cook and do laundry. Amenities were great and it was really close to public transport. Including Sunshine station and a bus stop that takes you right to Altona. Would definitely stay here again!"
