"The Riu was fabulous! The resort was super nice and the staff was also. The “adults only” was great- no kids crying, running, splashing in the pool. The evening entertainment was great. I wish they would advertise the events better- time, place and what to expect. We missed out on the first couple of nights because we didn’t know about them. There is themes to the days of the week and that would be good to know when packing for the trip too."

"Me and my friend absolutely loved our stay!! The property is absolutely gorgeous, by far the prettiest place I’ve stayed. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. The food is delicious. El Hacienda Encantada is a safe resort that is perfect for all types of travelers. There’s much to do on and off the property. If you’re looking for things near by, there is a shuttle that will take you to the marina that is just 15 minutes. The hotel can also assist with booking any excursions. I highly recommend coming to this resort!!! "
