You can locate this other villa listing by going onto the internet and typing in the search bar vrbo.com/20081\*\* Villa La Estancia has the only privately-owned condominiums on the fabulous Medano Beach of Cabo San Lucas. We offer a garden view, two-bedroom, three bath condo with all the amenities of a five star hotel, but all the comforts of home. Villa La Estancia offers a 24 hour front desk concierge service, 24 hour security, pool-side restaurants, a beautiful fitness center, and a spectacular ocean view. You can also enjoy a swimming Jacuzzi, pools, a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe and pharmacy gift stores. We have a ground floor garden view condo that can accommodate two-six people. The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. The condo has a full kitchen which include a washer and dryer area, breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. There is free wifi included too! Cabo offer's world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best golf courses are a short drive from the resort. Town restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away. The location of either unit on the first floor provides easy access to the resort pools and amenities without trekking up multiple flights of stairs or getting stuck waiting for an elevator. The condo is perfect for families! The separate front doors provide privacy and space. Master bathroom is huge! Kitchen is well equipped. Patio was great with a dining table, bbq, and outdoor couch. Good location. Living room and patio furniture were new and very comfortable. It was convenient being on second level ground floor. Easy access to deli, store and the resorts on either side. Plenty of restaurants to choose from without having to leave the three resorts. The exchange rate was not very good so food was not inexpensive but it was good. It’s a Good property and well kept., The resort is 3.75 stars. Very clean and easy to get around, plenty of dining options. You can only use the restaurants at the other joining properties not the other amenities though. Also, dining is a bit expensive so I recommend doing the all inclusive package just remember to ask at check in. The beach isn’t the best and not relaxing. It is not private and literally every second you are on it you are being hustled to buy something from patrons on the beach. All in All it is nice but it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. ##### Brian B. My friend and I had a great time staying at the condo at Villa la Estancia resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including spices to cook with, hair dryers, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It was very spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. The only issues we had was the breaker kept tripping in the kitchen and bathroom area and one of the toilets kept running. The maintenance person came right away and fixed it for us. The staff was friendly, helpful and always joyful; the condo had everything we needed for cooking (the coffee pot(s) was the only exception, as it is clear it gets a lot of use and wasn't working quite right); the location was perfect for getting to Walmart and/or Costco, going snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria and going into town for restaurants and shopping. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved the swim up bar and we loved the upper level hot tubs. Definitely recommend this unit (1209 A&B) ##### Matt C. Appreciated it was on the first floor and just a quick walk to the pool. The grounds were lovely. The only issues we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed and pretty much nearly fell over when we tried to load it. And two of the three fans on the patio didn’t work at all.
