"This cozy house is just a short walk from some of Newport's nicest beaches. It is clean, well furnished, has all the amenities one could want, and is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. "Steve met us when we arrived at the house and was a pleasure to talk to. The house is walking distance to a number of the mansions and Salve University. The beaches are close as well. It was a wonderful stay. "We rented this house with 10 people. Plenty of room. No problems, easy access, really nice house. Jose was responsive and accommodating.
